Serving is the natural response to a life transformed by the good news of Jesus. The cross frees us from selfishness and laziness and invites us to leverage our lives to love and serve others. PRAYER WALK TEAM :
Our Prayer Walk Team walks along the streets in The Colony Apartments and prayers for the neighbors there while looking for open doors to build relationships with and share Christ with neighbors living in the Colony apartments.
PRE-TEEN & STUDENT GROUPS :
Our Kids and Family Ministry department currently facilitates Student groups which is a ministry that happens immediately after church for middle school students. While we currently do not facilitate pre-teen group ministry (ministry that happens after church for 4th and 5th graders), if this is the type of ministry you feel called to serve in, please let us know so that when the need arrises we can be prepared to address it.
KIDTOWN :
Kidtown is for children 1 year through 3rd grade during our Gatherings each week. Kidtown exists to teach kids that Jesus is the hero we all need. We want to lay a foundation of the good news of Jesus for families to build on back at home. We have numerous experienced Kidtown volunteers who will both make sure your child has a blast AND learns about Jesus. Our Kidtown areas are secured to ensure that your child is safe during the Gathering. We hope this will allow you to focus during worship, knowing your child is hearing about Jesus in a kid-friendly manner. If you are interested in serving in this way, please use the form below!
PRODUCTION TEAM :
We have the opportunity to help lead our church family both in person and digitally. This means we have the opportunity to share Jesus with even more people than on a typical Sunday. We put our energy, attention, and excitement into this because we are proclaiming the best news ever and Jesus is receiving glory from it. We are in need of volunteers to help with our Sunday Services.
OUTREACH TEAM:
As a way for our church family to be practically on mission, we have an outreach team that focuses on how to love our church family and the people in our communities around us. We do this through a variety of events such as monthly game nights, Family Block Parties, and partnering with existing organizations that our serve the community around us. HOST TEAM:
Our Host Team helps create a welcoming environment for Sunday Service attendees and first-time guests. Our Host Team opens doors, welcomes guests, hands out bulletins, and helps seat people at the Sunday Service. If you’d like to be apart of this team, please use the form below to sign up!
COMMUNICATIONS TEAM:
Our Communications Team uses graphic design, photography, videography, and art to communicate the Gospel and the vision of our church. If you're interested in using your talents to serve, let us know. A portfolio is required.
