Ant has been a part of the Midtown Family since 2010. He began attending Gatherings after hearing friends in a USC campus ministry talk so highly of an Easter Gathering they’d participated in. Ant found the way that Midtown went about doing ministry to be very Biblical and effective, so he got involved after visiting for a few months. Ant became a Church Planter intern in 2012 and was ordained as a minister in 2013. He's married to Hannah and has four children: Malachi, Colby, Eden Grace, and Josiah. Ant's favorite thing about Columbia is the biological and spiritual family he has here.
Why I Love My Job
“I love being a part of God’s Mission to build His Kingdom and reveal His glory in impoverished communities along Two Notch Road, and beyond. I also love encouraging and mobilizing people to serve consistently in areas of strength and cling to Christ in areas of weakness as we work together for His Kingdom. Lastly, I get a lot of joy and fulfillment from being able to proclaim the glories of God as I preach His Word.”
